When can I expect my purchase to arrive?

Shipping day is Wednesday at Zeal. So let’s say you order something on Thursday, it’ll go out in about a week and get to you a few days after that (if you live in the continental U.S.). If you order something on Tuesday, it’ll go out the following day and therefore get to you more quickly. This said, if you have a special need for something to go out right away, PLEASE let us know (send an email to zandra@zealaesthetic.com) and we’ll help you out. As long as you’re willing to pay the extra in shipping costs, there is usually no extra charge for putting together your package outside the usual pack-things-up-for-shipment schedule. (Hey, we all know what it’s like to have that panicky feeling of remembering your best friend’s birthday the day before it happens. We don’t want to add any extra stress there).

But what if I don’t live in the U.S.?

If you live anywhere on the planet outside the Lower 48 (sorry, Hawaii and Alaska…you must get sick of this), please send an email to zandra@zealaesthetic.com and we’ll try to figure out how long your shipment will take. If you’d like to know how much extra it would cost for next-day or two-day shipping, we can find that out, too.

Do you gift wrap?

You bet! We LOVE beautifully wrapped packages! We want everyone to feel that they are about to open a very special, lovingly selected gift. And the best part? Gift wrapping services are always FREE. When you purchase something, just let us know in the comments section that the item is a gift and what you’d like the card to say. We’ll take care of the rest.

Why do I have to go through Etsy to buy something from you?

While we are working to grow the business, we still don’t have the capacity to maintain our own shopping cart system. We hope to be able to do so in the future but until then, we will use Etsy for this feature.  If you see something you like on our website and don’t want to go through Etsy, please send Zandra an email at zandra@zealaesthetic.com and we can arrange for you to pay us directly.  Please send us any feedback you have on how this is working!

Can I actually USE your trays or are they just for decoration?

Yes, yes, YES, please use them! Although many customers have said they hang them up or just leave them out with nothing on them when not in use, you certainly don’t need to worry about spilling a drink on them when carrying your martinis from your kitchen to your living room! They are all sealed (as are the coasters, and even the frames) so that they can take some wear and tear. By all means, pull out your tray for morning coffee or afternoon tea or PB&J or dinner on the patio or cocktails in front of the fire or Oktoberfest or…. You can wipe up any spills with a dry cloth (or even a slightly damp one if you think you’ve made a mess). What is NOT advised is to put food directly onto them. So for example, don’t put unwrapped cheeses out and cut them up on the tray for serving. You could, however, put a pitcher of iced tea on there and not worry about condensation, as long as you wipe up the excess water after use.
